In this role, you will perform various HR duties, including recruiting, conducting new hire orientation, updating the employee handbook, and managing employee relations. This role is a full-time direct hire in Des Plaines, IL. Responsibilities- Compare local, state, and federal laws to current internal policies and procedures- Manage digital and physical files for employees and their documents- Evaluate employee performance- Educate newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations- Responsible for completing various tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department- Employee relations, including engaging employees and coordinating sensitive conversations- Work with other members of the HR department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for new company employee
